Wis Wedding Planner was formed in 2005 by Stephanie Balza. Stephanie was born in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. She has an Associates degree in Web / Graphic Design. Stephanie decided to start Wis Wedding Planner right before she got engaged because she wanted to offer Wisconsin Brides the most valuable information on the web about local Wisconsin Wedding Businesses.
